Executive Coaching

The workplace can offer a potentially rewarding experience of learning, growth and professional fulfilment. It can also be experienced as a place of dread and tremendous pressure and stress.

In today's VUCA environment it can be really challenging and sometimes lonely place as a leader.

As a dual qualified coach and therapist, I have come to learn about both conscious and unconscious forces constellating in choice of career and organisation as well as patterns which can follow us offering opportunities for growth or denial and avoidance.

This means that there is the potential for deep learning and increased self-awareness to examine more closely and understand what dynamics are at play, how they are impacting you and what you can do about it.

Clients working with me from C-suite executives to graduate employees with a goal in mind and motivation to make better sense of their experiences and discover how resourced they are to realise their potential.

What Is Executive Coaching?

Executive Coaching is a way of working together where the locus of our work together is on the workplace, issues in your job or difficulties navigating challenging situations driven by your employing organisation with a goal or set of outcomes in mind.

It offers a confidential space, to unpack and freely explore challenges in your working life and to discover what combination of support and challenge you need and realistic goals to work towards.

We will contract to create a plan and schedule suited to your needs. We agree to a minimum initial 6 sessions following a no obligation discovery call.

Where appropriate we can integrate psychometric testing to support the focus of our work together - this approach tends to be most valuable when the issues relate to relational or performance issues in the workplace. I am training to administer Hogan Lead which is the global authority in leadership assessments.

  • I invite regular feedback to support keeping the work on track and to help inform an effective working relationship together.

I can introduce practical tools to help you to make sense of your experiences.

I am also training in Hogan Lead psychometric testing and if we think it would be useful to integrate into our work together, I am weave in insights from this report into our work together. *Psychometric testing is an additional cost which we can discuss.

“Before entering the sea, a river trembles with fear. She looks back at the path she has travelled, And in front of her, she sees an ocean so vast, that to enter, there seems nothing more than to disappear forever. But there is no other way. The river can not go back, nobody can go back. The river needs to take the risk of entering the ocean because only then will fear disappear, because that’s where the river will know, it’s not about disappearing into the ocean, but of becoming the ocean.”
